We are thrilled to announce that the Sacred Heart School Care-A-Thon was an incredible success, thanks to the overwhelming generosity of our students, families, and community members! Together, we raised over $16,000 to support important initiatives and projects that make a positive impact in our community.
A Day of Service and Giving Back:
During the Care-A-Thon, our students demonstrated their commitment to service and compassion by participating in various projects throughout the community. Highlights of their efforts included:
- Cemetery Clean-Up: Students demonstrated reverence and respect as they worked to clean and beautify cemeteries at all three parishes. Their efforts honoring the memory of those who have gone before us and providing a peaceful place for families to visit and reflect.
- Visiting the Tree of Life: Our students spread joy and companionship, students brightened the day of the residents at the Tree of Life. THrough meaningful. interactions, they shared warmth and love with our elderly community members.
- Reflections and Unity: Following our day of service, students came together for a special prayer service where they honored the prayer requests sent in by the community. With grateful hearts, they lifeted intentions to the heavens seeking blessings for all.
